Tek9 Dubstep

I’m TeK9, real name Samuel Bucht, a swedish 16 years old dubstep producer. I used to produce stuff like Electro and Dance music since 2007 I think. In the early summer of 2010 I started to produce dubstep, but I knew what dubstep was long before that since my friend Marcus Lindström (also know as mr Bratkilla) was producing it. But the first time I heard dubstep was on a local gig some djs had including Marcus and Daniel (tr4sig from Södertälje Massive Crew). They played hardstyle and that stuff but then all of the sudden they started playing filthy crazy bassy music that I never had heard before, I remember that they played Borgore’s Guided Relaxation which was just mindblowing!
At the moment I’m on a musical line at gymnasiet (high school) in Södertörn where we work with music production, playing in bands, working with web design and stuff like that.
My main DAW is FL Studio at the moment, but I’m moving to Logic Pro since that’s the program we are working with at school. I have also used Reason as main DAW.

Age:15
Began producing in 2009

Oli was originally unsure of what genre his ears wanted, drum and bass and electro house were among favourites until he found the almighty Dubstep Which obsessed him to a point of were listening to the sound was not enough. Oli set out making his own style teaching himself Cubase 5 from scratch and bringing a new sound to the Dubstep scene. Proving a hit on soundcloud Oli’s music began to be played on various internet radio stations and blogged about all from the early age of 14. Driven by his fans and the fun of creating his own music Oli will be producing fresh Heaviness regularly in his goal of making it big time!

Solitude is from South East London, and describes his work as “just playing the music I enjoy.”

TwoThirds is an independent Drum and Bass and Dubstep artist. TwoThirds has been producing music since January 2010.

He started out producing house, dubstep, and electro sounds before evolving in Liquid Drum & Bass in June.He continues to produce dubstep, though Liguid DnB is his major focus. He is currently in the process of producing his first album, which will include both dubstep and Drum and Bass sounds. He is signed by Point 9 Audio. A compilation album is set out to be released December 24th of this year. TwoThirds is our first official artist to offer clothing for.
